We’ve had two small problems with the boat (cracked side window and faulty footrest) and when we called Rock Salt they had a repair person to take care of the problem onsite within days (even though the problems were not operational/safety issues).
The process of designing the boat, building the boat, testing the boat and, finally, delivering the boat were faultless. As with all government purchases there is a good level of concern about delays, cost overruns, shoddy workmanship.
